MUHBA -KING SQUARE-
King Square’s monumental complex, features a four thousand square metre archaeological underground located right under the square. The most emblematic Gothic square and ruins which allow us to visualize in more detail what the Roman colony of Barcino looked like.
The complex is formed by the Comtal Palace and by the chapel of Saint Agatha. Much later, round the XX century the Gothic palace was relocated, the House Padellàs. Within this complex we can find mostly the objects uncovered in the excavations, from pottery to stone carvings and marble and all kinds of dishes, bowls, jugs and jars, to coins belonging to that time.
