The Restaurant Casamar, in the fishing town of Llafranc, is part of the hotel property of the family Casadellas. The chef, Quim Casadellas, offers a signature cuisine. The service is attentive, and there is a warm family atmosphere.
In the menu we find dishes such as the cold potato cream and leek with ice cream of fresh cheese of the Empordà and imperial caviar wonton stuffed with fish and vegetables, mi cuit of foie with raspberries, suckling pig boned with crystallized onions and seasonal mushrooms or, for dessert, some chocolate donuts with ice cream made with passion fruit.
