The Roca Moo is a unique and modern space, indoctrinated under the hand of the gastronomy of the famous Celler de can Roca. Savory cuisine, where in the restaurant´s bar we can enjoy the elaboration of the dishes as well as savor the intensity of their flavors.
There are three menus: the Moo menu, the Classic menu and the Joan Roca menu. Noteworthy in the Moo menu is the homemade Dim Sum of prawns and Iberian pork, soy, bamboo, and ginger. The Classic menu offers us extraordinary rice with cuttlefish and parsley, a sole of the Mediterranean with an emulsion of olive or its’ incredible lamb sword with mashed black garlic and “manchego” cheese. And, for the most gourmet and lovers of haute cuisine, the menu (in honor of) Joan Roca, where we will find a particular “calçotada”, the oxtail ravioli and prawn from Palamós or an exquisite duckling with apple.
