Product Description

The renowned Catalan Chef, Jordi Esteve, presents us the cuisine from its prestigious restaurant Nectari, winner of a well-deserved Michelin star thanks to his expertise and finesse in the ovens as well as in the product treatment.

A sophisticated cuisine, with unique products of the Mediterranean, while it lacks modern fusion cuisine, they focus on the local and seasonal products.

We can start with a Iberic ham soup with eggs cooked at a low heat and lobster, or cold tuna and eggplant cannelloni; followed by a pigeon with caramelised onions, and parmentier of sweet potato, or a cracking millefeuille of langoustines and spinach, finishing off with one of his sophisticated desserts such as the chocolate dome or smoked coconut.
