The Abac restaurant was created by chef Jordi Cruz in 2000. A luxurious space with a very bright atmosphere and very neutral colors that make it one of the most elite and exclusive venues in the city.
As a just reward for their work, the ABAC has two Michelin stars and was recently named best restaurant in Catalonia. It has a cellar with about 1000 references so that we can accompany perfectly any of the dishes on the menu.
Its menu includes dishes like Thai coral and coconut juices with roast small langoustines; tender almonds and chili oil; squid treated as a black rice with “Padrón” seeds, or Mediterranean rock mullet, among others.
You can also choose the Grand Menu Abac with dishes such as crab and caviar with Rambitan and soursop oil chili; black ray; black garlic bread with cooked garlic, Japanese mustard, crunchy and creamy spinach; Iberian pork “pilota” cooked with Asian vapors, crunchy tails, and butter turnips. An unforgettable experience that can accompany with different wine pairings.
A cuisine based on creativity and constant innovation to offer the best quality and the best treatment to any of the diners.
